Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer to physically integrate cables and hardware onto prototype ground vehicle robotic platforms and simulators.

You will install electrical cabling and equipment into ground vehicles and simulators, modify electrical issues, fabricate MIL Spec cable harnesses, wire custom electronics boxes, and troubleshoot prototype systems. Active Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with wire harness fabrication and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical cabling and equipment (LRUs, Bus Bars, Batteries, etc) into ground vehicles and simulators.
• Modify/repair electrical issues in base vehicle platforms as needed.
• Fabricate MIL Spec cable harnesses in accordance with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 and DCS build process documentation.
• Wire and assemble custom electronics boxes
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with prototype components and systems.

• Experience with wire harness fabrication and proficiency reading electrical schematics

Desired Skills

• Certified in PCB soldering/fabrication

Pay Range and Benefits

There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

Salary Range: $90,220 - $210,522
