We are a specialized automation company serving the Beverage, Dairy, Food, and Personal Hygiene industries through advanced blending and process control systems. Our clients include industry leaders such as The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Boston Beer Company, Molson Coors Beverage Company, and Rockline Industries.

We’re seeking a Calibration Technician to support installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of automated process equipment throughout North America.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform calibration, verification, and troubleshooting of process instrumentation including flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level instruments, and control valves.
  • Conduct startup, commissioning, and operational testing of automated blending and process systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues in the field.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Document calibration results, service activities, and field reports accurately.
  • Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting activities during system startup and service visits.
  • Work directly with customers to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and site acceptance testing.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and customer standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent experience in Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience calibrating and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation preferred.
  • Basic understanding of PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer facilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in or near Charleston, South Carolina for onboarding and training, or willing to relocate.
  • Must be able to pass a background check due to food and beverage industry regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be eligible to travel throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in industrial manufacturing environments.
