Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineer Tech to maintain and support hotel operations across California locations. You will perform maintenance, ensure safety inspections, manage preventive maintenance, train on safety, and coordinate with vendors while supporting a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of hotel facilities maintenance experience and be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services for a hotel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to monitor contractor activity.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds and carrying up to 25 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete training regarding safety, security, and service guidelines.
• Provide a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss scope, products and materials used in repairs.
• Obtain pricing and bids as directed.

• Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
