The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The starting hiring range for this position is $115,683.00 - $156,172.00/year. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site in the field, as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their remote days. In this position you can expect to work out in the field or on-site, three (3) days a week at: Wellington E. This position will primarily focus on managing a team around TES’s programmatic safety project work – including work on Area Engineering, Pedestrian Crossing, Traffic Calming, Traffic Signal (corridor retiming), Bikeways, and Transit programs. This position will champion Vision Zero and the Safe Systems approach, bringing both deep technical expertise and proven management skills to foster innovation and sound project process, and support staff’s growth and development.
