Job Title: LCS Engineer

Purpose of the Role:

As an LCS Engineer at Metso, you will be responsible for Availability of plant, Schedule maintenance activities, perform regular inspections and monitor operation of plant. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional technical support for Metso equipment
• Timely indent of spare & Wears and Inventory management
• Maintain records of Production & Maintenances as per ISO Standards.
• Carry out Predictive & Preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, alignments, and component replacements.
• Deliver training and guidance to customer personnel to maximize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures (e.g., PPE, lockout/tagout, confined space).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of field service experience, preferably in Crushing & Screening equipment.
• Strong understanding of Operation & Maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
