Position: Engineer, Senior, or Principal - Electronic Design

Our products include:

1. 10/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet-based transceivers for affordable 10 Gigabit Ethernet-based SFP+ over structured cabling in data centers.
2. Fibre Channel PHY for building fiber channel disk drive arrays, blade servers, and fiber channel storage systems.
3. 10G SONET/SDH/OTN transceivers for telecommunications and service providers to deliver data and voice traffic over existing fiber networks.

In this position, you will:

1. Develop test plans and strategies for post-silicon analog electrical parameters of physical layer (PHY) SerDes of high-speed broadband Mix-signal ASICs.
2. Develop and optimize PHY electrical bench test methodologies per industry standards (IEEE 802.3ae, IEEE 802.3ak, IEEE 802.3ap, IEEE 802.3aq, IEEE 802.3ba, IEEE 802.3bg, IEEE 802.3bj, IEEE 802.3bm).
3. Perform post-silicon PHY bench testing of analog electrical parameters.
4. Lead and train junior engineers.
5. Generate test reports and analysis.
6. Develop and implement bench test automation.
7. Collaborate with IC design team on chip performance optimization and failure analysis.

Job Requirements:

• EE PhD or MS with at least 6 years of experience in high-speed broadband communication post-silicon analog testing.
• Expertise in PHY test methodologies as per listed IEEE standards.

Notes: Focus on physical interface I/O electrical parameter testing, emphasizing analog and RF regions at high data rates. Extensive use of Keysight DCA-J and J-BERT equipment.
