Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own capital equipment and technical projects from day one in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in the Greater Allentown area. You will shape scope, budget, and approach for capital projects spanning equipment, facility, and process improvements.

The role is engineering leadership (not IT) and requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), and hands-on equipment expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 7+ years of engineering and project management experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects through full lifecycle in GMP facilities.
• Hands-on experience with rotating and static process equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, piping systems).

JCW is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who wants ownership of capital equipment and technical projects from day one - not just executing someone else's plan, but shaping scope, budget, and approach for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Greater Allentown, PA area.

This is an engineering project leadership role (not an IT Project Manager) in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, working across equipment, facility, and process improvement projects with real visibility to plant leadership.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of engineering and project management experience in API pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, petrochemical, or other regulated process manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading capital projects through the full lifecycle within GMP-regulated facilities handling hazardous or regulated materials
• Hands-on experience with rotating and static process equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, piping systems) is a huge plus
