Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer for the Project Controls team at the Fort Wayne site in Indiana. This full-time, in-person role involves analyzing changes from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with owner requirements, and maintaining billing accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, along with excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills. • Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors.
• Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information.
• Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing.
• Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes.
• Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues.
• Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude.

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineer to join our Project Controls team in our project site in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full‑time, in‑person position.
