This position is responsible for leading and directing multi-disciplinary teams, both in-house and private consultants, in developing plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation improvement projects; developing and managing multimillion-dollar capital budgets, programs, and schedules; and directing public involvement and resource agency initiatives.
