The Division of Water manages and protects Delaware’s water resources. It provides technical assistance, laboratory services, and regulatory guidance and implementation.
Provides senior engineering leadership for the Division of Water's Commercial and Government Services Section by directing wastewater, stormwater, biosolids, and water supply engineering programs that support critical infrastructure projects. Supervises licensed engineers, technical staff, consultants, and engineering initiatives while overseeing complex permitting, infrastructure design review, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with federal, state, municipal, and private partners to improve permitting efficiency, develop engineering-based regulatory reforms, establish performance metrics, and implement innovative, resilient infrastructure solutions that support environmental protection, public health, and sustainable economic development.
