Venture Global LNG, based in Arlington, seeks an Engineer, Product Service - Electrical to lead the OFE Product Service Organization and drive timely, high-quality resolutions of technical issues.

The engineer will collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams and equipment suppliers to ensure OFE performance, implement strategic initiatives, and optimize equipment reliability. The role requires heavy coordination and leadership across multiple stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management or equipment delivery.
• Strong LNG industry knowledge and leadership abilities.

Summary

The Engineer, Product Service - Electrical will be critical in the Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Product Service Organization. The Engineer will be a Subject Matter expert and lead the timely and quality resolution of technical issues and drive strategic initiatives to optimize performance critical to the performance and operation of Venture Global Equipment. This role will involve coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Operations and Engineering teams and equipment suppliers, to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of technical solutions.

OFE Management

General Description Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of OFE management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive processes and strategies for the management of technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle of OEM equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify and define technical issues and work with equipment suppliers to effectively resolve and implement solutions to ensure that OFE specifications and requirements are met.
• Oversee Root Cause Analysis and implement Preventative and Corrective Actions to ensure long-term resolutions.

Risk Mitigation

• Proactively identify and assess potential risks associated with the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
• Collaborate with project and operational teams to adequately address OFE-related risks.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project success.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues related to OFE delivery and management.

Performance Monitoring

• Track the performance of OFE delivery and management processes using data analytics.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Prepare regular reports on OFE performance and status for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in project management or equipment delivery.
• Strong understanding of the LNG industry and related equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following areas or with specified equipment is desired:
• General design, application, operational reliability, and servicing of high colv hardware associated with gas turbine-based power plants and/or LNG plants.
• Hardware experience should include equiopment such as generators, transformers, exciters, switchgear, and all ancillary electric equipment.
• Specific experience with GE Vernova’s LM2500/LMX or similar aeroderivative gas turbines, GE Vernova’s 7EA Gas Turbine and associated generators and electrical systems.
• Famiiarity with associated codes and standards as they relate to the plant electrical equipment for both Power and LNG production.
• Product Service with understanding of product Service workflow, tools and processes including root cause analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Salary Range

$187,000 - $220,000
