Work collaboratively with senior engineers and project managers to support project execution, including task management, timelines, and deliverable quality.

Develop familiarity with and apply ISO/RTO interconnection processes (e.g., PJM, MISO, ISO-NE, ERCOT), including queue procedures and study phases.

Contribute to client interactions, including technical discussions and presentations, with increasing responsibility over time.

Support and participate in business development efforts, including proposal development, technical scoping, and contributing to the growth of large load and interconnection advisory services.

Assist in developing and maintaining internal processes and documentation to improve team efficiency and consistency.

Strong understanding of power system fundamentals.

Ability to interpret study results and translate them into engineering insights and recommendations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
