Job summary

Legacy Hospitality is seeking an Engineer Maintenance team member to keep our property running smoothly. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, and troubleshoot repairs across electrical, plumbing and general upkeep.

You will work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience, follow safety procedures, and uphold our CARE culture of compassion, authenticity, respect and empathy.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solvers with attention to detail.
• Professional and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, respectful and service-driven.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment (basic systems).

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds tools equipment and materials
• Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching climbing and twisting
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Use tools ladders and maintenance equipment safely
• Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift
