Mini-Circuits is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager in Melville, NY. This role demands overseeing complex projects across various product lines while managing quality and consistency. Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft, automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.
Salary range: $125K-$145K
The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing projects that span the five different product lines within the Diversified Business Unit (DBU). These are often complex situations that require a balance of business and engineering implications while maintaining quality and consistency of products within the product lines. This is largely leading without authority, driving progress to deadlines & digging deep into the cross functional details. This position is also to help with management/reporting of the DBU as a whole such as Quarterly Business presentation preparation, yearly DBU business strategy and other projects focused on improving DBU.
