Molex in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Mold Project & Predictive Engineer to support NPD and advanced development of plastic and MIM components, optimizing designs for internal and vendor manufacturing.
You will work with CSBU teams and vendors, applying NX, Moldex, Moldflow, and TeamCenter to ensure robust processes and products. Travel to plants and suppliers will be required.
As a Mold Project & Predictive Engineer at Molex, you will support the new product development and advanced development of plastic and metal injection molded (MIM) components, optimizing product design for both internal and vendor manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in developing robust processes and products by working closely with various engineering and manufacturing teams.
You will be part of the Copper Solutions Business Unit and will report to the Components Manager. collaborative team includes Product Engineering, Automation, Development Process Engineering, and all CSBU tooling teams globally. You will also interact with vendors and plant contacts.

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
