Job Dimensions:
Works with product development, extrusion process development and improvement teams to assess project scope and determine project schedule and budgets. Develop a plan of action that meets time, cost, and quality needs as part of organizing and leading project teams within R&D, and cross functionally (Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, Product Management). Ensures that projects are developed, planned, designed, tested and produced in an efficient and profitable manner. Applies knowledge to analyze processes, recommend changes, and implement improvements that may be either mechanical, human interaction, or both. Interact with, and manage the work assignments of both internal and external resources. Receives work direction from Principal Engineer, Materials – MAG Lab Manager and, if so assigned, receives work direction from Toro product development Principal Engineers.
