Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes across launch vehicle programs. You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability, drive cost reductions, and implement robust process controls.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing, lean expertise, and experience with CAD/CAM, ERP/MES, and quality systems. Relocation available with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in manufacturing related field and aerospace context.
• 3+ years applying manufacturing processes to aerospace components and systems.
• Experience with lean, quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) and documentation.

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.Applies standard engineering techniques to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components, equipment, and systems. Responsible for ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting the production of launch vehicles, spacecraft, satellites, and their ground support systems.This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
