Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize lunar production at our advanced manufacturing facility. You will design workflows, apply lean and Six Sigma methods, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to assure manufacturability and on-time delivery.

This hands-on role focuses on time and motion studies, capacity planning, MES data updates, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analyze and design workflows and production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to streamline production operations.
