Job summary

The Carlisle Group (TCG) seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for their York, PA plant. The role focuses on developing manufacturing methods, equipment and product quality, while planning space requirements and coordinating with vendors for specifications and equipment. Lean manufacturing experience is highly valued.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering degree (AS/BS) and have hands-on experience with manufacturing specifications, equipment and as a technical resource for the plant.

Our client is a world class manufacturer of wire mesh and wire products, serving an wide range of industries and customer applications. Their primary focus is weaving aluminum, low carbon steel, commercial bronze and stainless steel metallic meshes that meet the exacting standards of such diverse industries as liquid filtration, automotive, air filtration, satellite communications and household appliances.

They have retained our services to help them find a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in their York, PA plant. The candidate will develop manufacturing methods, equipment and product quality. They will analyze and plan space requirements and convey with vendors for product specifications and equipment. A strong background with Lean manufacturing is a major plus.
