Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and support high‑performance door manufacturing. On‑site role focused on improving process flow, reducing waste, and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will apply Lean and continuous improvement principles, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help launch new equipment. A strong background in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with CAD experience (SolidWorks) is required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• 3–5+ years of related experience, preferably in engineering.
• 1–3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly processes preferred
• Experience designing, operating, troubleshooting, maintaining complex production machinery
• Hands-on experience with product issues, problem recognition and countermeasures quickly to avoid problems
• Knowledge and use of CAD software (SolidWorks desirable)

What we are looking for:
