Job summary

Aerofil Technology Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to develop and improve maintenance programs across preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance.

You will partner with production and engineering teams to maximise asset uptime, lead root cause analyses and drive TPM-based reliability improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing maintenance, and hands-on CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS and TPM principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Plan & schedule maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance initiatives and drive reliable operations.
• Implement Predictive Maintenance strategies to prevent failures.
• Support Reliability Engineering to improve asset performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis on failures and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee CMMS work management processes to optimise maintenance workflow.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements across production assets.

Position Purpose

Responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Autonomous Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering systems to maximise equipment reliability and minimise unplanned downtime. Supports the Maintenance Manager through technical leadership of production asset reliability.
