Job summary

Bassett Engineering, Inc. seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our office.

You will work with Project Managers and the Principal Engineer to design wastewater treatment plants, collection and conveyance systems, water treatment, storage and distribution, and prepare environmental permits. This position offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to collaborate on studies, analyses, and design tasks supporting client projects.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
• 2–4 years of engineering design and consulting experience.
• Some local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic civil engineering principles to complete computations, prepare technical reports, run process models, and create drawings.
• Utilize BioWin, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BioWin, and other software programs related to wastewater treatment, collection and conveyance, water treatment, storage and distribution, and pipelines.
• Prepare letters, specifications, and reports.
• Complete inspections and fieldwork.
• Conduct engineering research.

Engineer ll – Water/Wastewater

Bassett Engineering, Inc. is actively seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our office. If you are a motivated self-starter looking to join a well-established and expanding organization, then Bassett is the place for you!

This position includes working directly with Project Managers and the Principal Engineer to engineer wastewater treatment plants plus collection and conveyance systems, water treatment, storage and distribution systems, conduct studies, design treatment processes, hydraulic analysis computations, and prepare environmental permits.

This position is open to hybrid work arrangements.

Full Services include environmental permitting, funding assistance, drone photography, and aerial mapping.

Job Functions
