Coordinate repair activities with various repair shops and suppliers. Assist in developing and/or reviewing quality plans in addition to monitoring and auditing supplier quality. Emphasis on communication amongst peers, site management, and leadership team. Review equipment histories, applicable service bulletins, and operational history and requirements to develop long‑range plans for gas turbines. Support our culture for safety, environmental compliance, quality, and diversity. May mentor and/or supervise peers.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong technical knowledge in applicable field (Design, Materials, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering).
  • Analytical/investigation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high energy, customer‑focused and a positive, success‑oriented attitude.

EDUCATION:

  • 9–15 years of experience in specialized field (Design, Materials, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
