Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Security experience with IAM/CIAM expertise.
• Hands-on with authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, token lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux authentication, Active Directory, and LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement IAM solutions across hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem).
• Lead SSO, CIAM initiatives for secure access for internal teams and external clients.
• Guide developers in integrating secure authentication flows across portals, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Manage and optimize IAM platforms like Ping Identity, DaVinci, CyberArk, RSA SecurID, and CA SiteMinder.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of IAM infrastructure in large-scale, regulated environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align IAM with business growth and compliance.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at one of our Corporate Office locations of Saint Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI.

What You’ll Own

• Architect and implement cutting-edge IAM solutions across hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem).

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in IT Security, with deep expertise in IAM and CIAM technologies.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and token lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux authentication, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace for event analysis and system monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead IAM transformation initiatives and mentor cross‑functional teams.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in IAM, IT Security, or related technologies are a plus.
• Comfortable working in high‑impact, fast‑paced environments with rotating on‑call responsibilities.
