Constellium Muscle Shoals is currently seeking to recruit up to 4 Engineering Interns for 2026. As an Engineering Intern for Constellium Muscle Shoals, you are given access and responsibility to support a project that is directly linked to the manufacturing and production of our products. Job Roles and Team Exposure:

The Engineering Intern is expected to work with an assigned mentor, this role will explore a wide variety of opportunities within Constellium:

• Mechanical engineering team
• One or more of our 5 manufacturing units (Recycling, Casting, Hot Rolling, Cold Rolling & Sheet Finishing)
• Process Engineers, Managers, Supervisors, Operators & technicians, Maintenance, Engineering, Plant wide mechanical technicians
• This provides insight to several different career paths engineers can take

Responsibilities will likely include:

Constellium Muscle Shoals is a major aluminum sheet supplier for the packaging and automotive markets. The plant has 1,300 employees and more than 114 acres under roof, including five casting units, hot and cold rolling mills, and a slitting and finishing center. Muscle Shoals produces aluminium sheet for use in all three components of beverage cans (body stock, coated end stock, tab stock) and has the capacity to produce over 1 billion pounds per year of finished aluminium coils. The plant also produces aluminium automotive coils to be processed at our CALP line in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
