Job summary

Mendrop Engineering Resources, LLC is seeking an Engineer Intern to join our team in our Gluckstadt, Batesville, or Vicksburg, Mississippi offices. You will gain hands-on experience while collaborating with seasoned engineers on a variety of projects.

You will support engineering design, plan development, and general project efforts, with opportunities to engage in client communication and project delivery.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Engineering degree or nearing completion.
• FE/EIT preferred for Mississippi licensure.
• Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD (coursework acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and plan development across multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to general project efforts and client communication.
• Collaborate with municipal, county, state agencies, and private clients to support project delivery.
• Develop professional skills through hands-on experience and mentoring.

Mendrop Engineering Resources is seeking an Engineer Intern to join our team in our Gluckstadt, Batesville, or Vicksburg, Mississippi offices.

As an Engineer Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands‑on experience and work alongside experienced engineers across a variety of projects.

This role will support engineering design, plan development, and general project efforts across a variety of disciplines, depending on project needs and individual interests. You’ll work with municipal, county, and state agencies, as well as private clients, and will have opportunities to be involved in client communication and project delivery—not just behind‑the‑scenes production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or nearing completion)
