Nutrien is seeking an Engineer, Instrument & Electrical at our Kennewick, WA site. This on-site role reports to the Superintendent, Engineering and requires a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering within large-scale process environments.
You will lead design studies, support maintenance and drive safety-critical control improvements across DCS/SCADA platforms, with emphasis on reliability and process safety. This position is full-time and not eligible for remote work.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Engineering, the Engineer, Instrumentation & Electrical will demonstrate excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced production environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to build productive relationships across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. The role also requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
This role is located at Nutrien's Kennewick, Washington site and is not available for remote work.
