Job summary

Forsgren Associates, Inc., now part of Apex, is seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) for our Laramie, WY office. You will support water, wastewater, and groundwater projects while learning from experienced engineers and expanding your technical skills.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD or MicroStation drafting experience, and an EIT or FE exam in progress. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered along with flexible support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• AutoCAD or MicroStation drafting experience required.
• EIT Certification or FE exam results in progress required.
• Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, draft, and evaluate water, wastewater, and groundwater projects.
• Perform site visits and collect/analyze information for projects.
• Support design and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Complete tasks within approved scopes, schedules, and budgets.
