Stanley Consultants is seeking an Engineer-In-Training 1, Civil Water Resources, to join our Water Market in Minneapolis, MN. The position targets entry-level graduates (0–4 years) with strong fundamentals in water and wastewater engineering and familiarity with data analytics and modeling.
Responsibilities include data collection, design calculations, hydraulic modeling, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, with fieldwork and travel as needed. EIT within 6 months is required.

We are seeking entry level and early career college graduates (0 to 4 years of experience) to work in the Water Market for Stanley Consultants. Basic engineering knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment processes, or water resources (storm water, flood water, surface water hydraulics) is required. Education, training, and demonstrated familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, modeling (treatment process, decision support, risk & resiliency, hydraulic, water quality, process flow, etc.), and smart water systems/networks is particularly desirable.
