Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Pennsylvania seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and electrical systems. The role requires maintaining high standards of service and performance. Successful candidates will have journeyman level experience and the ability to manage a variety of maintenance tasks. Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Demonstrated successful journeyman level experience and/or training.
• Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and building management systems.
• Stationary Engineers license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and HVAC equipment.
• Fabricate, repair, and maintain motors and pumps throughout the facility.
• Assure courteous and timely customer service for maintenance requests.
• Assist in installation, relocation, or removal of electronic equipment per priorities.
• Repair and install structures and finish carpentry to ensure equipment operates on schedule.
• Perform upholstery work on casino seating, tables, and restaurant fixtures as needed.
• Install and maintain tile, marble, carpet materials throughout the property.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on electronic equipment including fire alarms and satellite systems.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.


• Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as any mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout facility.


• Respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance in order to provide courteous, timely and expert service.


• Assist in the installation, removal or relocation of electronic equipment, in accordance with established priorities.


• Fix all property electronic equipment (except for slot machines and computers) by repairing minor damage to parts and wiring and replacing failed components, in order to ensure proper operation of all equipment according to established schedules and department standards.


• Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment; assist is preparing wall surface for painting and wall covering, in order to ensure proper operation of all equipment according to established schedules and department standards.


• Perform upholstery work as required on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, restaurant booths and equipment.


• Install and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles.


• Examine and perform preventative maintenance checks on various types of electronic equipment to include fire alarms, and satellite systems according to established schedules under supervision, in order to ensure that potential problems are fixed before equipment becomes dysfunctional.


• Perform all operations incidental to any type of maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.


• Demonstrated successful journeyman level experience and/or training.


• Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and be experienced in building management systems.


• A Stationary Engineers license is desirable but not required.
