What You Will Do

• Lead project planning and execution, including the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules, detailed program plans, and key project milestones.
• Manage program budgets and performance through the Collins Earned Value Management System (EVMS), ensuring effective cost and schedule control.
• Coordinate Systems Integration activities across development, qualification, and documentation to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Drive change and risk management, identifying potential challenges early, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing recovery plans when necessary.
• Lead program status meetings, partnering with technical leads and project teams to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain alignment on priorities.
• Collaborate across functional organizations to resolve complex issues and keep projects moving forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor program budgets, costs, and schedule performance.
• Experience applying Change Management and Risk Management tools, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical leads, cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise program updates and effectively lead status meetings.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
