Responsibilities

  • Own assigned manufacturing processes, equipment, and product families.
  • Lead station and line improvement projects focused on OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time, and reliability.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and production issues.
  • Develop process designs, process checks, and manufacturing standards for new product versions.
  • Lead management of change activities and process validations.
  • Maintain and improve PFMEAs, MIs, MOPs, compliance documentation, and engineering standards.
  • Support audits, investigations, HEC actions, and product compliance activities.
  • Coordinate non-capital equipment upgrades and obsolescence projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams involving Operations, Maintenance, Controls Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Manufacturing Engineer II serves as an independent technical contributor responsible for manufacturing process ownership, equipment performance, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
  • Own assigned manufacturing processes, equipment, and product families.
