The Field Service Engineer II will perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex electron microscopy equipment, troubleshoot and improve system quality, and train customers in operation and maintenance. The role offers growth opportunities within the organization and benefits including transportation support, company devices, bonus, 401k, healthcare, and more.
Education: Bachelor in electronics, physics, engineering, computer science, or 2-5 years equivalent experience.
Experience: 4-5 years operating, troubleshooting, and repairing SEM, TEM, FIB systems; UHV experience is a plus.
Skills: Fluent in English, problem-solving, teamwork, confidentiality, Windows proficiency, schematics reading, troubleshooting complex systems, travel readiness, valid driver’s license and passport, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
