Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Engineer II to support engineering projects by applying fundamental principles and collaborating with team members to design, develop, and improve systems, processes, and tools.

Must be able to obtain and maintainthe required customer clearance of FAA VAP for access to systems, facilities,equipment,and property.

Strong understanding of engineering principles.
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiencyin basic engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsusing the lates software tools.
EssentialDuties and responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Assistsin planning and overseeing field activities to ensure alignment with project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
Conductsfield inspections to assess quality, performance, and adherence to project plans and engineering standards.
Collectsand analyzesdata from site operations, including equipment performance and material usage.
Supportsthe coordination between the field and office teams, providing updates and reporting project progress.
Workswith project managers, senior engineers, and contractors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Assistsin preparing engineering documentation, including reports, diagrams, and technical drawings.
Participatesin safety meetings and adhere toestablishedsafety protocols and regulations.
Supportsthe development and execution offield-testingprocedures and ensure equipment and procedures are up to code.
Communicateseffectively to a range of stakeholders with written and verbal mechanisms.
Bachelor’s degreeandtwo to four (2-4)years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handleobjectsandoperatetools, computer, and/or controls. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand,walkand stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Mustfrequentlylift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. May berequiredto lift,pushor pull 50 pounds or more using cart or hand truck. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May work near moving or mechanical parts. May have exposure to chemicals, fumes, warehouseenvironmentor adverse weather conditions. Wears required personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, work gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, dust masks, and safety belts on a continuous basis. Moderate tohigh riskof electrical shock. Minimum exposure to vibration,movingand mechanical parts. May be exposed to adverse weather conditions.
