Magnite is hiring a Software Engineer II for their DV+ Delivery Engineering team working on a globally distributed ad serving system. The role involves backend design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of low-latency core components for an advertising buying platform.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (Mon and Fri remote, Tue–Thu in‑office) with locations in Los Angeles, New York City, or Broomfield, Colorado. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $135,000, plus annual bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong skills in modern C++ or Rust.
• Understanding of systems programming.
• Memory management, concurrency, algorithms, data structures.
• Experience with agile development.
• CI tools like Git and Jira.
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL with SQL.
