DGR Systems is seeking an Engineer with Identity and Access Management expertise to deliver IAM projects and operational improvements for customer environments. You will work with Senior Engineers and Architects on larger engagements while independently handling smaller efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT with identity and access management
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments
• Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity technologies

Responsibilities

• Identity Solutions Delivery: implement and support IAM for customer environments; deliver smaller projects, health checks, remediation engagements; support larger projects with Senior Engineers/Architects.
• Assessments and Health Checks: conduct identity assessments, document findings and recommendations, assist with remediation planning.
• Implementation and Support: configure and deploy identity solutions; migrations and tenant integrations; troubleshoot issues and support testing and knowledge transfer.
• Documentation: maintain technical docs, implementation guides, and customer deliverables.
• Professional Development: pursue training and certifications and share knowledge within the practice.

This individual will be responsible for delivering identity-focused projects, assessments, and operational improvements while supporting senior engineers and architects on larger engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for learning, and a customer-first mindset.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to implement, support, and optimize identity solutions that improve security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Identity Solutions Delivery

• Implement and support identity and access management solutions for customer environments.
• Independently deliver smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation engagements.
• Support medium and large projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Architects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with experience supporting identity and access management technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Exposure to Okta or other enterprise identity platforms preferred.
• Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity-related technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell or other automation technologies preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and consultative skills.
