Entergy is seeking an Engineer I - Sr Lead (Renewable) within the Power Generation PMO in Texas. This onsite role leads engineering, procurement, and construction efforts for solar PV, battery storage, and uprates across Entergy's generation fleet.

The Project Engineer within the Power Generation (PGEN) Project Management Organization provides technical leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver projects for Entergy’s generation fleet including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and capacity uprates. The role translates requirements into executable plans, coordinates internal and external partners, and ensures safety, reliability, schedule, budget, and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) from an ABET‑accredited program; OR a related physical science discipline associated with power‑plant operations or construction management with equivalent experience.
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
