ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is hiring an Analysis Engineer to troubleshoot and analyze production line rejects on power module and inverter products. This onsite role involves hands-on testing and development of corrective actions while collaborating with internal teams.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical fields, and experience in automotive environments.
Key skills include problem solving, knowledge of measurement technologies, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
The main role of the Analysis Engineer is to troubleshoot and conduct root‑cause analysis of production line rejects on power module, IPM, and inverter products. The engineer performs hands‑on component testing, documents findings, and communicates results to internal stakeholders and customers. The position requires use of specified work processes, specialized measurement equipment, and analysis techniques to process rejects and return items to production. The engineer also supports development of corrective actions, including improvements to production equipment, mechanical and electrical systems. This is a fully onsite role at a large‑scale manufacturing facility.
