We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Process Engineer to join our team in a dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support wafer fabrication equipment and processes across one or more functional areas, including Photolithography, Etch, Deposition, Diffusion, and related technologies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field to gain hands‑on experience while working alongside experienced process and product engineers in a small-scale semiconductor fabrication facility. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing process recipes to ensure consistent manufacturing performance and product quality. You will also provide technical project support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as the process owner for assigned areas, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and improve operational efficiency.
