Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for the Etch/Strip area in a semiconductor facility. You will support production, EES, and process engineering to qualify equipment and ensure smooth production.
Responsibilities include responding to SPC issues, analyzing data to identify root causes, and assisting with process improvements and experiments for product transfers and development.

Provide technical support for process engineering in the Etch/Strip area of a specialized semiconductor manufacturing facility. Support the fab to ensure lot/product related items are known and Production has equipment qualified and ready when needed. This includes support of production, EES, and process engineering.
Shift: Front Days (A), every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 7am-7:12pm.
Education: Associate of Science degree or higher desired. Work related experience can be substituted for education. High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Two or more years work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is desired, especially in the Etch and Strip process areas.
