The team designs C4I system drawings and physical configurations, producing detailed layout drawings and engineering reports for customers.

Primary duties include creating drawing packages, researching design considerations, and collaborating with senior engineers to convey complex information in clear written form.

Qualifications

• Ability to express ideas and plans verbally and in writing.
• Experience developing block diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, wire run lists and/or cable assembly drawings.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Create drawing packages detailing C4I system design and physical configuration (cable block diagrams, interface diagrams, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to produce clear engineering reports and written communications for customers.
• Perform research to support design efforts and assist in producing elevations and layouts of equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating drawing packages that detail C4I system design and physical configuration, typical drawings include Cable Block Diagrams, interface diagrams, and other drawings depicting the connectivity design
• Working with senior engineers to provide detailed information to customers in various forms of written communications to include engineering reports, white papers, etc.
• Performing research as necessary to support the design effort
• Working with the team to produce arrangements, elevations and other drawings that depict the physical design and layout of equipment

Requirements

• Ability to express ideas and plans both verbally and in writing
• Experience developing block diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, wire run lists and/or cable assembly drawings
• 0-2 Years of relevant experience

Desired Skills

• AutoCAD or similar 2D design experience
• Familarity with ASME Y14.100 Engineering Drawing Practices
• Familarity with NAVY and/or ABS and ASME Standards
• Knowledge of radio communications systems
• C4I System Design Experience
• RF Background
