TYLin Buildings in New York City is seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our NYC office. The role focuses on foundations, frames, and building systems from concept through construction. A cover letter and unofficial transcript are requested with applications.

Responsibilities include assisting with drawings, site investigations, and field reviews under supervision, using REVIT Structure and other design tools. 0–3 years of experience is preferred; EIT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering required (structures focus preferred).
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• EIT exam or licensure pursued is preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in commercial/institutional/residential building projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with project team to design and analyze buildings using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
• Assist in preparing drawings and specifications for construction documents.
• Conduct site investigations to document conditions and perform field reviews.
