Role Level and Compensation

This engineering role can be filled at Entry-level, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Please see the minimum qualifications below for each level:

• Entry Level: $82,500
• Mid Level: $88,200 - $108,000
• Senior Level: $115,200 - $141,000

Ranges are annual, based on experience, and include a comprehensive benefits package with bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for performing engineering and technical tasks, under general supervision, supporting nuclear plant operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned, applying general engineering principles.
• Ensure all engineering products comply with safety analyses, industry codes, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in developing and implementing effective processes and techniques, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry Level (E01): B.S. in Engineering.
• Mid Level (E02): B.S. in Engineering + 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Senior Level (E03): B.S. in Engineering or PE license + 5+ years of engineering experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineer in training certification.
• Good grasp of techniques and understanding of fundamental functions of the group.
• Previous nuclear design experience.
