A media planning and buying agency is seeking an Engineer for a temporary position focused on developing data solutions and ensuring high data accuracy for client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess five years of experience in media data engineering and proficiency in ETL platforms and cloud data solutions. The role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance client strategic insights and data infrastructure. This position can be remote or based in New York or Philadelphia.

We have offices in the US in New York and Philadelphia, with employees across 25+ states, as well as in London, Toronto, and Germany. Our client roster includes U.S. Bank, Invesco, Newell Brands, NASCAR, Planet Fitness, American Cancer Society, Ricola, Herschend Family Entertainment, Edible Arrangement and more.
The technology team develops innovative solutions that empower our clients to make data-driven optimized media investment decisions with precision, scalability and speed. As an Engineer, you will ensure all Crossmedia accounts are supported and serviced at the highest levels of data accuracy, integrity, integration, and actionable insights. You will develop and document best practices across data and AI operations in alignment with our mission.
The Engineer is an integral member of the team involved in the “XM Product” that is delivered to each client, providing strategic guidance based on an in-depth understanding of each client’s business, target consumer and unique category dynamics.
We are open to a New York, Philadelphia, or remote hire, but candidates must be US based. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
