Clark Capital Management Group seeks a Data & Cloud Engineer to build and support data pipelines and cloud infrastructure powering reporting, analytics, applications, and AI.

The role requires 5+ years in data/cloud engineering, hands-on ETL/ELT work, Snowflake and AWS administration, and strong SQL skills. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Philadelphia is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion or similar technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL transformations and data models in Snowflake.
• Develop Python-based automation and serverless workflows (AWS Lambda).
• Use infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform) to provision cloud resources.
• Administer Snowflake and AWS resources (S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, KMS).
• Implement monitoring and alerts for pipelines and platform services.
• Manage least-privilege RBAC across Snowflake, AWS, Bitbucket, and related platforms.
• Create architecture diagrams, data-flow docs, runbooks, and platform standards.
• Participate in production support and incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will bring five or more years of experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a related discipline, with hands-on experience developing production ETL/ELT pipelines, working with Snowflake, and administering AWS resources. This role will work closely with our Data Engineering team and collaborate across Development, AI, Information Security, and Infrastructure. In addition to developing pipeline logic and data models, the engineer will own platform administration, access provisioning, and governance across Snowflake and AWS.
