Con Edison is seeking an engineer to support LNG plant, gas facility and related gas infrastructure projects through field and office-based engineering activities in New York. The role covers engineering analysis, field investigations, design implementation support, and contractor work reviews to ensure safe, compliant project execution.

You will prepare documentation for procurement, construction, operational readiness, maintenance, emergency response, and safe operations.

Job description

The Engineer supports LNG plant, gas facility, and related gas infrastructure projects through field and office-based engineering activities. Responsibilities include engineering analysis, field investigations, design implementation support, contractor work reviews, technical issue resolution, and preparation of documentation needed for procurement, construction, operational readiness, maintenance, emergency response, and safe project execution.

This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
