Newmark is seeking a skilled Building Operations Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the building’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. The role requires five years of operations experience, a CFC certification, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with sound judgement.
You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating external contractors to ensure uninterrupted building operations for tenants and management.

The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building operating systems, or arranging for repairs for all building systems on‑site. May be assigned to a single building as the sole engineer under a limited property size and scope. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after‑hour emergency calls.
