Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies is seeking an Engineer, Associate for our New Brighton, MN facility. You will design equipment, lead production staff, and support production with hands-on engineering in the peening and coating processes.

This role offers growth through learning engineering tasks beyond traditional manufacturing engineering and requires collaboration with quality and production teams. Qualified candidates bring a Mechanical Engineering degree, 1–3 years of experience,

Engineer, Associate

We are looking for an Engineer, Associate to join our New Brighton, MN team!

As our Engineer, you will work closely with our quality and production teams at our Surface Technologies facility, specializing in liquid coatings and shot peening.

You will be providing production support by designing equipment and serving as a technical lead for production staff. This is a hands‑on role with an opportunity to learn about all other sorts of engineering used in the peening and coatings processes.

Location: New Brighton, MN

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
