Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, Compliance to join our New Brighton, MN team. The role partners with quality and production to ensure EH&S compliance across our Liquid Coatings and Shot Peening Surface Technology facility.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of EH&S experience, proficiency with lasers/CNC equipment, and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance. Knowledge of Title 5 and working with external auditors is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience within an EH&S capacity.
• Experience with lasers, robotics, or CNC-type equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a DOD security clearance.
• Experience with external auditors and government compliance.
• Experience within a chemical processing facility.
• Experience with Title 5 is an asset.
• Ability to read, understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser equipment with a high level of accuracy and quality.
• Manage EH&S compliance across two Liquid Coatings sites (CA).
• Address VOC handling and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventative EH&S maintenance and programs.
