Delta Research in Livonia, Michigan is looking for a Process Engineer to manage gear production and improve manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in engineering roles and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance and requires a strong problem-solving capability.
You will collaborate closely with both engineering and operational teams to evaluate and enhance processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Our Engineering function is responsible for reviewing new jobs and previous jobs, processing them to properly run, and managing issues on the production floor and developing ways to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
